    • Hardware Responsibility:
      We are not responsible for any hardware failures of devices purchased by the customer from other retailers, (e.g., USB drives used for backups, newly purchased hardware for installations).  Newly purchased hardware that is faulty, must be addressed directly with the product supplier.
    • Data Loss Disclaimer:
      We are not liable for any data loss. While we can attempt data recovery upon request, we are not responsible for issues arising from failing devices.
    • Travel Policy:
      Our on-site service prices include travel within a 20-mile radius from our available tech locations at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless and transparent pricing structure for our local customers. For locations beyond this range, a nominal travel fee of $2 per mile will apply to cover the additional distance. This policy allows us to provide consistent and high-quality service to all customers, whether nearby or further afield. Please contact us for a customized estimate based on your location.
    • Service Time Fee:
      There is a minimum of a 1 hour charge for services at the quoted hourly rates. Additional time will be prorated based on those hourly rates.
    • Service Refusal Policy:
      We reserve the right to refuse any service that poses safety or health risks to our technicians.
    • Behavioral Policy:
      We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for vulgar or hostile environments. In such cases, we reserve the right to discontinue the service immediately without issuing a refund.
